ICYMI: All member call medication aides

Yesterday’s all-member call featured Chris Widman of Good Shepherd Home, who shared  his experience in using certified medication aides in his facility. Widman provided an overview of the program which began on a single wing with a single medication aide on a single shift, and has now grown to be used throughout his organization on all shifts.
